E360 is looking for qualified Project Coordinators to look after a project that will be ran through 8 regions of Tanzania namely Tanga, Dodoma, Manyara, Singida, Tabora, Shinyanga, Geita and Kagera.

Job Description

This position typically supports a large/complex-level size project, provides support to multiple teams. Thus, provides a broad range of high level administrative/logistical and operations support to the Project.


Specific duties include:

  • Provides Technical support to the Trainers and should handle the training on enterprise development in the absence of any trainer in any of the assigned districts under him/her
  • Responsible for the general administrative and office support operations of the district administrators and Trainers.
  • Overseeing and ensuring transportation needs of staff, consultants and visitors are effectively met.
  • Responsible for journey management and tracking to ensure safety of staff, consultants and visitors on travel.
  • Prepare list of requirement to be procured for project implementation.
  • Monitoring the billing of recurring systems including fuel payments, telephone, and office supplies to assure billing is timely and precise.
  • Liaise with Head office on all matters pertaining to district issues.
  • Maintaining records of items purchased (EFD receipts etc) to be used as support documents.
  • Identifying issues related to the delivery of administration services and acting appropriately.
  • Responsible for recommendation and development of improved administrative procedures to promote the timely processing and submission of all administrative deliverables.
  • May be required to schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities for staffs in the districts. Also assist with coordination of meetings, facilities planning, and logistics required.
  • Ensure all activities are done as per developed safety procedures and protocol.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Head office.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Business Management/Administration, Commerce, or related field with 5-7 years of Technical / administration/ management experience, OR a master’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Advanced Diploma with 7-9 years of relevant experience maybe considered.
  • Proven ability and skills to closely administer and manage work programs.
  • Ability to provide quality support services to the office and the team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and interaction capabilities with all staff levels of the organization to resolve problem situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills and leadership skills in supporting an operation.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver high volumes of work with minimal supervision.
  • High degree of proficiency in written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, productively, and sensitively within a multidiscipline, multicultural and multigender environment.
  • Well-developed computer skills

Job Description

This position typically supports a large/complex-level size project, provides support to the team of trainers. Thus, provides a broad range of high level administrative/logistical and operations support to the Project.


Specific duties include:

  • Responsible for the general administrative and office support operations of the Trainers.
  • Overseeing and ensuring transportation needs of Trainers, Project Affected Household (PAH) members and visitors are effectively met within the District.
  • Responsible for scheduling the meetings/trainings and ensure the trainings are implemented as planned.
  • Coordinate the delivery of all training requirements from snacks to training materials.
  • Ensure all training venues are well set up with all necessary equipment in place.
  • Prepare the list of trainees, communicate with Trainers and PAHs to ensure the attendance is well kept.
  • Liaise with Head office on all matters pertaining to district training issues.
  • Identifying issues related to the delivery of administration services and act appropriately.
  • Report any shortcoming in delivery of the training to ensure everything is running smoothly.
  • May be required to schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities for staffs in the districts. Also assist with coordination of meetings, facilities planning, and logistics required.
  • Ensure all activities are done as per developed safety procedures and protocol.
  • Support the administration of a needs assessment survey
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Head office.

Job Description

This position typically supports a large/complex-level size project, to train project affected Households in Business Ideation, Incubation and Enterprise Development Services. There will be a lot of interaction with local community and therefore it demands highly disciplined individuals.

Specific duties include:

  • Training of PAHs on Business Ideation, Incubation and Enterprise development Services.
  • Coaching of the trained PAHs using different methodologies – one on one, group coaching and encouraging peer to peer coaching
  • Support the respective PAHs to set up and formulate VSLAs
  • Work with District Administrators to ensure trainings are well coordinated.
  • Conduct needs assessment surveys
  • Prepare Training report
  • Keep attendance of the trainees.
  • Ensure all training venues are well set up with all necessary equipment in place.
  • Review the list of Trainees with District Administrators.
  • Liaise with Head office on all matters pertaining to district training issues.
  • Ensure all trainings are done as per developed safety procedures and protocol.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Head office.
