HSE for Supervisors Training – Supporting supervisors comply to Oil and Gas standards - Nov 7th - 8th, 2019

E360 Group Ltd identified this need and the current existing gap in the empowerment and training of supervisors who are the leaders of the foot soldiers in any company.
The HSE for Supervisors training is tailored and adapted to the oil and gas industry standards. The training highlights what could go wrong in the industry (the recent oil and gas industry disasters) where the lapse in the HSE management system was imminent.
Supervisors were further provided tools and techniques that will help them support their management in providing safe worksites. Key focus was on the roles and responsibilities of supervisors as line managers. Other modules included organizing effective meetings, policies, standards and procedures, risk management and accident / incident investigation models.
In Q4 2019, 2 sessions have been delivered with very positive feedback from the delegates. All the delegates rated the training very good and outstanding. E360 Group Ltd is committed to promoting good HSE standards through equipping and supporting supervisors with relevant knowledge and skills.
