Following the success of the Kampala Business Incubator training and in furtherance of Stanbic bank commitment to promote SMEs in Uganda, E360 Group Ltd won the tender to design and implement the inaugural Business Development Services Training for the regions.

The training commenced in Gulu (Northern Region) and Mbarara (Western Region) on 14th and 21st October respectively. A total of 160 enterprises – divided into 4 cohorts of 40 each were trained in both locations.

The training design was non consecutive 11 days training focusing on Entrepreneurship, Governance / Compliance, Business and Financial Planning, Marketing, Quality Management, Leadership and Personal Effectiveness – focusing on the mind set change. At the end of the training, each participating enterprise presented a Business Plan.

After the training sessions, 4 business clinics were planned – 2 per location to assist the different companies solve any specific hands on issues. The Business clinics are schedule for Dec 2, 9, 12 and 16 respectively and will focus on governance/compliance, business model canvas and business plans development
